Mat Pilates Class - Tuesday 7 pm -WOMEN ONLY CLASS
This class is NOT suitable for anyone with any back injuries that restrict your movement. The class is Mat Pilates so it is best if you are used to exercise on a mat.
The class start with exercise to music warm up and a gentle cardio and then we are going down to the mat to work for the main part of the class and we end with general stretches.
